This past weekend and all its happenings..

This past weekend and the days before were pretty busy for this brown eyed girl. Where to start??
Thursday I traveled to see Govern John Kasich & Michelle Rhee talk and discuss school choice. They presented the movie Waiting on superman.

A lot of people were touched by the real story's that are presented in the movie. No, i did not cry, But I was  that much more thankful for my own mother that Sacrificed things to put my sister and I in private schooling.

Also this weekend, I went to my fair share of graduation parties. Lots of graduation food!

Sunday I went to a Indians game with my Grandma, Mom, and my Sister. it was a great afternoon. It was sunny and in the 80's. The Indians won, 12-5. Its so funny watching all the people that are at the game.

I love my grandma, the same one that gave me my love of baseball & lots of of others things.

We both got to shoot a number of guns including: 9mm, 12 gauge, 20 gauge, 22 gauge, 38 gauge, & a 45 gauge. We got to shoot a large variety of different makes & models, revolves 7 semi-automatics. I can't wait to hit the range again.
Kayla is wearing a Smith & W,  I am wearing a Glock 19

Along with shooting all day my beautiful sister went to prom.

May 1 2011

On September 11th 2001, The world watch as two Commercial jet planes taken over by members of al-qeada crashed into the Twin Towers of the World trade center, in New York. Thousands of Americans were killed, and many all across America was devastated by the loss of loved ones.
Osama bin laden, the face of  Global terrorism was found and killed on May 1 2011. Although we may rejoice, and thank the Navy Seals, and all of our troops who have served our country, this in no way means that our war with terrorism is over.
I personally would not have minded to wait another two years for them to find Osama bin laden. With the presidential election picking up, I hate the fact the Obama can say "Look at what happen when I was president, Osama bin laden was caught and killed." I pray that people will understand that Obama and our troops are not on the same page, I also pray that just because this has happen with Obama in office, that the next presidential election will not be effected by it.
I thank all of the Men and Women who have served and are serving.
